Ceramic coatings are not indestructible or impenetrable. FEYNLAB coatings are some of the most durable and protective coatings that you can have applied to your vehicle, even with their limitations.

High Upfront Cost: Ceramic coatings aren't cheap, especially the premium ones that we install. However, if you think about the cost of your vehicle and the length of time the coating lasts (upwards of 6 years for high-end coatings), the cost for a ceramic coating can amount as little as $1/day. This doesn't account for the added value you applied to your vehicle in both protection and resale value. So, while they are expensive, they are worth every penny.

Water Spotting: Susceptibility to water spotting is one of the limitations of a ceramic coating, but also every other vehicle as well. Proper maintenance is key to preventing this, and with proper technique and education, you can eliminate this issue completely. Ceramic coatings are constantly becoming better each year, and new advances in water spot resistance are remarkable. Not washing in direct sunlight, using a rinseless wash, completely drying your vehicle when washing, parking inside/ under cover or regularly having it detailed are all ways to reduce the chances of water spots forming. In most cases, these spots aren't permanent and can be removed with the right product or technique if addressed soon. But if left for long periods or exposed to hard water, the spots can begin to etch the paint and damage it. Coating Failure: Coating failures are most commonly attributed to the coating's "end of life". This can be avoided by proper long-term maintenance of the coating to maximize its lifespan. This can be done through reapplication or surface treatment. When properly installed by certified professionals, the likelihood of failure is very low. However, we stand behind all of our installations 100% so if there are any issues, we would love for the opportunity to make it right.

By mechanically abrading your vehicles paintwork with various sizes of dual-action machine polishers, swirl and scratch marks will be removed which will dramatically amplify gloss, metallic and pearl flake, and optical clarity.

While most vehicles we see have normal amounts of clutter inside, we always ask that you remove any and all personal items from the interior of your car before we detail it. Having to remove junk, garbage and personal items from the inside takes us more time and must be done before any cleaning can occur. Sometimes this will incur a charge. It's also hard for us to distinguish whats garbage and whats not. Also, some of our cleaning chemicals may not react well on certain items, so we advise that everything be removed to allow us the best chance of safely cleaning your interior.
